My 'Illustrating the Edible' class contributed to create an art piece for Atwaters Restaurant in Mount Washington, Baltimore. I illustrated the ingredients of their Cuban Evolution Sandwich, which has white bread, swiss cheese, roasted pork loin, dutch lunch pickles, yellow mustard, north country ham, pickled jicama and chipotle slaw.
